Love this! I’ll also put a word in for A Tangled Web, which is a stand alone novel for slightly older readers.

A Tangled Web is one of my favorites, so I’m glad you gave it a shout out! I think Montgomery’s adult novels are somewhat under-read. 😦

Well, I wouldn’t want you to ignore the wisdom of my flow char! I got Magic for Marigold so I guess I’d better go find a copy. 😀

I love this flowchart…if you want something witty, with a complex plot, and a child perspective, if takes you back to the beginning! Prob bc there’s really no such book with a child perspective and all that…but I got Emily or The Blue Castle. Love the chart: it was fun!

Oh dear. I think the arrow from “child protagonist” is supposed to go to Pat of Silver Bush? I suppose the arrow got lost when I was grouping things. Thanks for pointing that out!

I got Magic for Marigold, too! I like that one when I just want a standalone and not a long commitment!

I got The Story Girl. This is a fun chart; I’ll have to share it with my friends who are resistant to my recommendation of Anne of Green Gables…
